We were excited to be invited as an exhibitor at "Every Chef Needs a Farmer, Every Farmer Needs a Chef". This event connected B.C farmers, seafood producers, chefs and members of the food and beverage industry to create more opportunities to bring BC food to plates around the province.
Chef Josh Gonneau joined us to create yet another mouth watering dish: Miso glazed scallops with rice vinegar, pickle, manhoods pearls, chive oil and tempura bits.
We had a great time connecting with various folks in the industry and introduce them to our scallops. Chef Josh was received many many compliments on his amazing creation.
