Scallop VanGole Style

Scallops, garlic, wine and herbs.......yum!!!  

This beautify dish was created by Sabrina Currie's West Coast Kitchen Garden.   Sabrina steamed our scallops vangole style and paired wit with a olive oil, while wine and herb sauce.  You can eat this dish as is or toss it with some pasta.
