Swiming Scallops Vangole Style

Scallops, garlic, wine and herbs.......yum!!!  

This beautify dish was created by Sabrina Currie's West Coast Kitchen Garden.   Sabrina steamed our scallops vangole style and paired them with with an olive oil, white wine and herb sauce.  You can eat this dish as is or toss it with some pasta.
